Epidermis water is very essential, especially for individuals with dried-out skin. Increased daily water consumption is one way of keeping skin hydrated. Water also helps brings nutrients to skin. You should avoid dehydrating drinks, like soda, coffee and alcohol.Cold weather and hot water can dry out skin, so these should be prevented as much as possible. People who dried-out skin should always wear a sun block, even during winter.

Cleansing your experience too much can cause greater oil generation. Always use a soothing solution when washing your experience. Cleansing your experience in the morning and at evening should be enough. Do not wear your make-up to bed in the evening as it will aggrivate your skin or increase your risk for more consistent acne outbreaks.

Do take raw food, nuts and seeds more in your diet meals,
Reduce stress with regular exercise,
Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake,
Avoid caffeine and other stimulants.....

This is such an amazing and effective guide for me. Avoiding junk foods is really necessary because these are unhealthy which can moist out from the cells of our skin leading to swollen tissues and loss of elasticity.

Tips to treat acne:
Reduce stress with regular exercise,
Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake,

Skin is very superficial part of the body.
So we have to take care of it.For the healthy skin eat healthy foods.
Milk and fruits are best for the healthy skin.Drink plenty of water.
You can also go for the oil massage.Regular clean up is required.
Take sufficient sleep.

Some times I would suggest that you try out other meals too.
